IABC/Detroit April 9 Program Provides Insight IntoDETROIT, March 31 -- Leah Reynolds, change management and communication consultant, shares the challenges and solutions to communicating with generations X and Y at the luncheon hosted by the Detroit chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC/Detroit). The program will take place April 9 from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Hotel St. Regis, Detroit.
"Understanding and effectively targeting your audience is one of the most important steps a business communicator can take," said Tom O'Connell, president of IABC/Detroit. "This program will offer insight on communicating with these two key audiences and include prescriptive advice on how to inspire and engage the younger workforce."
Reynolds is owner of Leah Reynolds Associates, a change management and communication consulting firm specializing in issues surrounding the changing workplace. Prior to establishing her own consulting firm, she was practice leader for Change Management, Communication and Measurement at Towers Perrin, a global human resources consulting firm. She also served as president for IABC/Detroit from 1992 to 1993 and has won numerous awards for her work in internal communication and change management.
