Nancy Sarpolis - Vice-President

An IABC member for over five years, Nancy has served as co-director of the Renaissance Awards, Programs and Membership committees. In 2006, Nancy earned a scholarship to attend the IABC International Conference in Vancouver, representing the Heritage Region. She has also earned five IABC/Detroit Renaissance Awards and has served on the board since 2003.

As communications manager at General Motors Corp., Nancy manages a team of communications professionals at 12 GM vehicle assembly plants throughout the country. She inspires team members to drive business results through strategic communications, and monitors progress toward achievement of communication goals.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Michigan, Dearborn and a Master of Arts degree in business administration from Central Michigan University.
