Successful communication strategies need a communication plan focused on results. The plan describes what you are committed to communicating, why, to whom and how. It should define the tactics you will implement; when and how much your plan will cost and the measures of success.

Communication management expert Tudor Williams, ABC, MC, will teach you to write a strategic plan from research and strategy to evaluation during a special teleseminar.

Management consultant Williams is recognized internationally for his research and strategic communication planning. With more than 25 years of professional experience in communication management, he leads client assignments as the research and strategy specialist. In recent years, he has earned a unique and valued market niche with innovative communication strategies to support knowledge management, change management and global corporate management.

In April 2004, Williams was named an IABC Fellow, the highest honor the association bestows on a member. His work has received six IABC Gold Quill Awards and the 2004 Institute of Public Relations Golden Ruler Award. In 1989 he was named Master Communicator, IABC Canada's highest membership honor.
