Around 1990, we experienced the popularity explosion of the Internet. From the Internet, new communication resources have emerged, including intranets, extranets, webcasts, wikis, blogs and podcasts. How have these "new frontiers" impacted your organizational and business practices? How do you assess the relevance of using technology Ñ taking advantage of fads or optimizing "tipping points?"
