IABC/Detroit Hosts "Aligning Gen X and Y with Your Organization's Strategic Communication Objectives" on October 25

Detroit, Mich. - Sept. 25, 2007 - Join your communications colleagues for a real-world discussion of practical ways to adapt your communication approach. IABC/Detroit is pleased to host "Aligning Gen X and Y with Your Organization's Strategic Communication Objectives" on Thursday, Oct. 25, 2007. The program will be held at the Downtown Detroit Courtyard Marriott at 333 E. Jefferson (across from the Renaissance Center) from 11:45 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Led by Leah Reynolds, national practice leader, Generational Change and Total Rewards Communication, Deloitte Consulting LLP, attendees will learn the characteristics of Generations X and Y, and why they respond to communication differently.

Reynolds has an extensive track record designing communication strategies for Fortune 100 companies. Her experience includes work for numerous automobile manufacturers and suppliers, health care organizations and financial institutions. She is a frequent speaker on organizational change as an emerging challenge and opportunity for today's organizations. Reynolds holds a master's in organizational communication from Eastern Michigan University (Ypsilanti, Mich.).
